The Finlandia FLB-45 is a wall-mounted 4.5 kW electric sauna heater engineered to warm rooms up to 210 cubic feet with intense, penetrating Finnish heat. Its large stone capacity and direct rock-to-element contact deliver even, efficient, consistent warmth.
Made by Harvia and imported from Finland, the FLB-45 features triple-wall construction for lower surface temperatures, stainless-steel components, and industrial-grade serviceable heating elements. It's UL-listed and carries a limited lifetime warranty.

The Finlandia FLB-45 heats my mid-size sauna to 180 in about 35 minutes and holds it rock steady. The build is heavy duty stainless and the stone basket holds plenty of rocks for good steam when you pour water. Wiring took an electrician an afternoon. Quiet, efficient, and clearly built to last. A great traditional heater for the price.
The FLB-45 gives a soft even heat that fills my sauna nicely. The large rock capacity means great loyly when I ladle water over the stones. Solid construction and it has run flawlessly for months. Needed a 240v line so factor in an electrician.
This heater is a tank. The stainless housing feels premium and it brings my sauna up to temperature quickly and evenly. The stone capacity is generous so the steam is excellent. Installation required hardwiring but my electrician had no trouble. Months of regular use and zero issues.
The FLB-45 performs beautifully, fast heat-up and great steam. Four stars only because it absolutely needs professional wiring for the 240v hookup, which added to the cost. Once installed it's been flawless and the heat is wonderfully even. Stone basket holds plenty of rocks.
