Every sauna, tub, plunge, heater, and water chiller we sell is covered by its manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The confirmed terms by brand are listed below — the same terms shown on each product page. Submit the form above and we'll manage your claim with the manufacturer for you.

SaunaLife saunas, barrel showers, and immersion tubs carry a 2-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship for residential use, measured from delivery to the original purchaser. Sauna heaters and added components are covered separately by their own manufacturer. Normal wood weathering, aging, and wear are not covered.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Canadian Timber Collection saunas carry a 3-year limited residential warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (parts only; labor, removal, and reinstallation excluded). Dundalk cold plunges and hot tubs carry a 1-year limited warranty. Natural weathering and normal wear are not covered.

ThermaSol sauna rooms carry a 1-year limited warranty on the structure from substantial project completion. The included Harvia heater, controls, and power box carry a 5-year residential limited warranty; sauna stones and heating elements carry 1 year. Normal wear, wood weathering, and UV discoloration are excluded.

Finnmark Design saunas carry a 10-year residential warranty on the cabin structure, wood panels, frame, controls, and power supply, plus an unconditional lifetime warranty on the Spectrum Plus™ infrared heating elements. Commercial installations carry a 5-year term.

Harvia electric heaters, control units, and steam generators carry a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty for family/residential use. Heating elements are covered for 6 months; stones and parts subject to normal wear are excluded.

HUUM electric and wood-burning heaters and control units carry a 3-year limited warranty for private use (1 year for commercial use). Heating elements and sauna stones are consumables and are excluded.

Saunum Air series heaters carry a 2-year limited residential warranty (1 year commercial) on the heater and electronics. Heating elements are excluded. Coverage is valid with a completed installation report by a qualified electrician.

Finlandia electric sauna heaters carry a 1-year limited warranty on all parts plus 5 years of factory labor when the unit is serviced at Finlandia's Portland, Oregon facility (parts are billed after the first year). Coverage is valid only when the heater is installed by a licensed electrician. Sauna stones and normal-wear parts are excluded.

Narvi wood-burning stoves, electric heaters, and control panels carry a 2-year limited warranty for private, residential use (1 year for commercial use); heating elements are covered for 12 months. Improper installation, non-original parts, sauna stones, thermostats, transport damage, labor, and shipping are excluded.

Freight damage is handled quickly and separately from a warranty claim. Inspect your delivery before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us right away with photos.
