Is this sauna fully assembled?
This model ships as a detailed kit. Two people can complete assembly in a weekend with standard tools. Instructions are included and our support team is available for guidance.
What foundation do I need?
The sauna requires a flat, level surface — a concrete pad, deck, or compacted gravel base all work well. The exterior footprint is 91"W (231 cm) x 151.6"D (385 cm) x 93"H (236 cm).
Does it include a heater?
A SaunaLife sauna heater is included. See the Specifications tab for model and wattage details.
How does it handle cold climates?
SaunaLife outdoor saunas are engineered for Nordic climates. The thick-wall construction and high-quality insulation maintain heat efficiently even in sub-zero temperatures. The exterior cladding is treated to resist moisture, UV exposure, and freeze-thaw cycles.
What is the warranty?
All SaunaLife outdoor saunas are covered by a 5-Year Residential Limited Warranty. Contact info@saunacompanyusa.com with any warranty questions.

Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Saunas are made-to-order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks (some models up to 3–4 weeks with customization). Large units ship via LTL freight on a pallet or crate. Freight delivery is curbside — the driver brings it to the end of your driveway or curb and is not obligated to unpack or move it onto your property.
Transit is roughly 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) after shipment. Inspect before signing and note any damage; report concealed damage within 5 days. Questions: shipping@saunacompanyusa.com · 856-426-8530.
Warranty Coverage
Each SaunaLife sauna is backed by a Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the delivery date to the original purchaser. Valid claims receive replacement parts at no cost.
Accessories are not covered. Sauna Co. handles warranty claims directly — submit a claim through our contact page.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-built and handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or unsuitability after delivery — even for unopened or unused items.
Used, installed, assembled, or tested products; custom or special-order items (size, finish, accessories); and clearance / open-box / final-sale items are not returnable. The only exception is a qualifying manufacturer defect under warranty. Questions before ordering: info@saunacompanyusa.com.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.
Financing Options
Payment is made at the time of order via the methods we offer — major credit cards, PayPal, and financing partners. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party processors.
