This model ships as a detailed kit. Two people can complete assembly in a weekend with standard tools. Instructions are included and our support team is available for guidance.
What foundation do I need?
The sauna requires a flat, level surface — a concrete pad, deck, or compacted gravel base all work well. The exterior footprint is 91"W (231 cm) x 151.6"D (385 cm) x 93"H (236 cm).
Does it include a heater?
A SaunaLife sauna heater is included. See the Specifications tab for model and wattage details.
How does it handle cold climates?
SaunaLife outdoor saunas are engineered for Nordic climates. The thick-wall construction and high-quality insulation maintain heat efficiently even in sub-zero temperatures. The exterior cladding is treated to resist moisture, UV exposure, and freeze-thaw cycles.
What is the warranty?

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The CL12GCP is a serious sauna. The full panoramic glass front and porch make it feel like a proper retreat in the backyard, and there is room for the whole family plus friends. DIY kit assembly took two of us a long weekend, but the panels are precision cut and labeled so nothing was guesswork. Heats up evenly in about 40 minutes. Curbside LTL freight delivery went smoothly with advance scheduling.
I love that this model has a covered porch; it is the perfect spot to cool down between rounds in the winter. The Nordic spruce is gorgeous and the benches are deep and comfortable. We paired it with a HUUM heater on the sales team's recommendation and it has been flawless. Build took a weekend with a friend helping move the freight crate from the curb.
For the size and the panoramic glass, the value here is hard to beat. We compared it against several pricier options and this won easily. The wood quality is excellent, the glass is thick and clear, and it holds heat beautifully. Assembly was a real project but the instructions were solid. Recovery sessions after long runs have never been better.
Beautiful sauna and we are thrilled with it. Only honest note is that the build is bigger than the smaller models, so set aside two days and have a second person for the wall panels and the glass. Once assembled the heat-up time is quick and the panoramic view while you sweat is unbeatable. Freight delivery arrived curbside on schedule.
We have a big family and this is the first sauna that comfortably fits all of us. The kids love it, my wife loves the glass front, and I love how fast it heats. The cedar smell never gets old. Sales team was patient with my many questions about heaters and electrical. Highly recommend if you have the space.
This was a significant purchase and a significant build, but absolutely worth it. The materials are premium, the glass and door seal tightly, and it stays hot through cold winter nights. The covered porch makes the whole experience feel like a spa. Curbside freight was well coordinated and the crate arrived undamaged.
