Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.

Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Baltic Plunge arrived on an LTL freight truck and the crate was heavier than I expected, so have help ready for curbside. The Canadian cedar staves are thick and the craftsmanship is obvious the moment you uncrate it. We paired it with a chiller and after the initial setup the water gets down to the low 40s and holds. My recovery after lifting has improved noticeably and the cold mornings out here only make it better.
I do cold plunges six days a week now. The cedar tub looks beautiful next to our sauna and the two together are the perfect contrast therapy routine. Assembly was minimal compared to a sauna kit, mostly leveling the base, connecting the chiller lines, and filling. It holds cold water steadily and the wood has held up through a full winter without any issues. Highly recommend for anyone serious about recovery.
The Baltic is a stunning piece of cedar and the build quality is excellent. My only note is that the chiller and filtration plumbing took me longer to sort out than I anticipated, and the instructions assume some comfort with that. Once it was dialed in it has been flawless and the cold therapy has genuinely helped my knees. Freight delivery was smooth and on time.

After researching cold plunges for months I went with the Baltic for the cedar construction and it has not disappointed. With the chiller it sits right where I want it temperature wise, and the wood insulates better than the stainless tubs I considered. Gorgeous cedar plunge that has become part of my morning ritual. Just be warned that it is extremely heavy and the freight company drops it at the curb, so I had to rent a few extra hands and a dolly. Once placed and filled it has been worry free.
