The Baltic arrives fully assembled — no build, no fuss. Drop it on the patio, fill it up, and plunge. The Eastern White Cedar barrel and stainless bands are built for the Canadian outdoors, summer to winter.
For year-round performance, add a chiller and the optional cover; in freezing weather, drain or keep the chiller running warm to protect the unit.

Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Saunas are made-to-order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks (some models up to 3–4 weeks with customization). Large units ship via LTL freight on a pallet or crate. Freight delivery is curbside — the driver brings it to the end of your driveway or curb and is not obligated to unpack or move it onto your property.
Transit is roughly 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) after shipment. Inspect before signing and note any damage; report concealed damage within 5 days. Questions: shipping@saunacompanyusa.com · 856-426-8530.
Warranty Coverage
Each ThermaSol sauna is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the delivery date to the original purchaser. Valid claims receive replacement parts at no cost.
Accessories are not covered. Sauna Co. handles warranty claims directly — submit a claim through our contact page.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-built and handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or unsuitability after delivery — even for unopened or unused items.
Used, installed, assembled, or tested products; custom or special-order items (size, finish, accessories); and clearance / open-box / final-sale items are not returnable. The only exception is a qualifying manufacturer defect under warranty. Questions before ordering: info@saunacompanyusa.com.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

Payment is made at the time of order via the methods we offer — major credit cards, PayPal, and financing partners. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party processors.

It looks like a piece of furniture, not gym equipment. Deep, cold, and beautifully made. The buying experience was smooth and personal.
With a chiller it gets shockingly cold and the cedar insulation holds it there. The craftsmanship is Dundalk through and through. Delivery was prompt and the crate arrived undamaged.
Two minutes in this and the day's stress is gone. The round cedar tub is roomy and lovely to look at. Communication from the team was warm and quick throughout.
I'm a three-time Ironman finisher and recovery isn't optional in the Arizona heat. The Baltic's cedar tub paired with my Penguin chiller holds 48°F rock-steady, and the insulation means the chiller barely cycles. I track every plunge and my legs thank me. Sauna Co. shipped the tub and chiller together and the rep actually understood athletic recovery, not just specs. Exceptional.
Right next to our E7 sauna, the Baltic gets the whole 'sweat club' shrieking and laughing every Friday. The cedar looks gorgeous and the tub is deeper than we expected. Sauna Co. coordinated it with the sauna delivery and walked two first-timers through everything. We jump from hot to cold and feel incredible.
Cold-water hygiene takes a little routine, which support outlined helpfully. The tub itself is a stunner and holds temperature wonderfully. Shipped quickly and well-protected.
