Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The GL6's full glass front is the first thing everyone comments on. It makes the cabin feel huge and lets us watch the snow fall while we sweat. The DIY kit arrived on a curbside freight pallet, well wrapped, and went together over a weekend with a friend. The Nordic spruce is gorgeous and the L-shaped benches seat four comfortably. With the upgraded heater it's at 180°F in about 30 minutes. Absolutely worth it.
We researched for months and the GL6 won on design and value. The glass facade and clean lines look modern in our backyard. Assembly took two of us about a day and a half — the panels are interlocking and labeled. The wood smells amazing and the benches are solid cedar. Heats fast and holds temperature well. Customer service answered every question before delivery.
As a Swede I'm picky about saunas and the GL6 delivers. With the right kW heater for the volume it gets properly hot and the glass front doesn't leak heat like I feared. The family uses it three or four times a week now. Curbside LTL delivery was on time and the kit was complete. Loving it.
The GL6 looks high end and the glass wall is a showstopper. The only reason it's four stars is the assembly guide — a few diagrams were ambiguous and we had to call support, who were helpful. Once built it's flawless. Heats to temperature in about half an hour and the cedar interior smells incredible. Great for after the gym.
Bought the GL6 mainly for post-lift recovery but it's become family time too. Big interior, comfortable benches, and the glass makes it feel open. The freight came curbside so have a hand truck ready. With our heater it's ready in 25-30 minutes. Build quality is excellent.
The GL6 transformed our patio. The spruce panels are thick and well finished, the door seals tight, and the glass front makes evening sessions magical. Assembly was a fun weekend project. It heats evenly with no cold spots. Highly recommend the maintenance kit to keep the wood looking new.
