How a traditional sauna works
A traditional sauna uses a heater and sauna stones to warm the room to 150–195°F. Ladle water over the hot stones to release löyly — the burst of soft steam that defines the authentic Finnish ritual. Pick your form factor (outdoor, cabin, or combo), match the room to a compatible heater, and you’re set.
