SAUNA COMPANY USA
30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell — saunas, heaters, and tubs come with a 30-day return window with no restocking fee. All replacement parts are final sale and cannot be returned. Sauna accessories and Dundalk LeisureCraft products are also final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Scenarios
How do I start a return?
Email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Our team confirms eligibility and sends return instructions within 1 business day.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Include photos of all damage in your return email, and note whether damage was recorded on the delivery receipt when signing. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.
What if there is no damage?
No restocking fee is charged. You receive a full credit for the amount paid, less new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product size.
The product itself is damaged — what then?
If the product is damaged, we will notify you and guide you to file a claim directly with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.
Which products are eligible for returns?
All saunas, sauna heaters, and hot tubs are eligible for our 30-day return policy with no restocking fee. All replacement parts are final sale and cannot be returned. Exceptions: Dundalk LeisureCraft products and sauna accessories are also final sale.
Are spa parts returnable?
No — all replacement parts are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes spa & hot tub replacement parts, sauna accessories, and made-to-spec items. Please double-check the exact part number and compatibility before buying — our team is happy to confirm fitment at info@saunacompanyusa.com or (877) 417-9006.
What about Dundalk LeisureCraft products?
Dundalk LeisureCraft saunas and cold plunges are final sale and not eligible for return. This is a manufacturer requirement for handcrafted Canadian cedar products.
