We want you to be confident in your purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms below. To start a return, use the “Request a Return” form at the bottom of this page — we’ll email you an RMA number.

Return Window & Condition

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Items that have been installed, assembled, used, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

Submit the Request a Return form below to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be accepted. You are responsible for paying return shipping on approved returns.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and is deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds can take up to 30 days from the date of receipt to process back to your original payment method.

Final Sale Items

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Custom and built-to-order items — including pre-fabricated kits that require a signed approval before production — cannot be cancelled or refunded. All such sales are final.
• Dundalk Leisurecraft products are handcrafted built-to-order and are final sale — no returns, cancellations, or refunds.

Cancelling a Backordered Item

If you cancel an item that is on backorder, a 6% payment-processor fee is deducted from your refund to cover non-recoverable transaction costs.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. For the warranty that applies to your item, please refer to that product’s individual product page.
