Include photos of all damage in your return email, and note whether damage was recorded on the delivery receipt when signing. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No restocking fee is charged. You receive a full credit for the amount paid, less new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product size.
