Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

We are very happy with our 3-person Cube. The team helped us decide which configuration would be best for our needs and they were spot on. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process from purchase through the DIY kit build. Shout out to the rep who was on top of every question we sent over — she went above and beyond, even walking us through care and maintenance of the cedar. The curbside freight delivery was painless and the half-glass front looks stunning in our yard.
If you're looking for a quality traditional sauna I highly recommend this Cube. We wanted something clean and traditional without chemicals, and the 3-person Cube was exactly it. We don't have a large backyard so fit mattered — it sits beautifully and still seats my husband and me comfortably. Assembly of the kit took a few days and, aside from a couple of fuzzy spots in the instructions, went smoothly. The wood smells amazing and the build quality is high. Our HUUM 7.5kW heater takes it from 60 to about 175°F in 15-20 minutes. I'm actually excited for my 5am workouts now knowing the sauna is waiting after.
We love our new Cube. The LTL freight driver was great and even helped me move the pallet up to my carport so it wasn't on the street overnight. The construction feels solid and it smells delightful — buy the maintenance kit so you can oil and wax before first use. We got the Harvia heater and it's solid, though in colder California nights I'd want a little more power since the front is mostly glass and heat escapes fast when you open the door (it does heat back up quickly). My only real gripe is the instructions could be clearer, but our installer figured it out. Satisfied customers so far!
The best service you can ever imagine. My electrician wasn't the best, and the support team was patient, explained every step in detail, and even sent replacement parts to make sure everything was wired and working properly. The sauna itself heats evenly and the cedar interior is gorgeous. Highly recommend buying here.
Just got the CL4G Cube and couldn't be happier. Customer service was supreme — very knowledgeable, and the freight arrived pretty quickly. After getting the kit assembled it feels solid and built to last. It heats up really well and I finally get to relax in my own sauna in peace, or with my wife after a long day. We absolutely love the quality of our sauna. The directions need some improvement — not as clear as they should be — so you have to get creative, but overall the build went fairly smooth. Quality has been excellent: it looks very attractive from the outside and the cedar bench wood is top notch. We've used it a handful of times with no issues. Easy to communicate with before arrival and the freight came quickly. Only complaint is the confusing instructions.
We bought the CL4G ahead of winter and it has become our nightly ritual. From 50°F it climbs to around 180°F in under 25 minutes with the upgraded heater, and the cabin holds heat well even on snowy nights. The clear cedar smells incredible and the half-glass door makes it feel open rather than boxed in. Two of us fit easily for recovery after skiing.
