Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.

Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Canadian Timber Polar Plunge is seriously solid. The cedar staves are thick and the stainless liner is flawless, no leaks after three months of daily use. It arrived by LTL freight strapped to a pallet and the driver helped me get it to the curb. Filling and draining is easy and the water stays cold a long time when I keep the lid on. Best recovery purchase I've made for my joints after lifting.
I do contrast therapy with my sauna and this tub completes the routine. The cedar exterior looks beautiful on my deck and the inner liner is easy to wipe clean. With a chiller it holds 45 degrees no problem. The build quality is what you'd expect from Dundalk. Two of us got it off the freight pallet and into place without much trouble.
After months of buying bags of ice I finally committed to the Polar Plunge and I should have done it sooner. The craftsmanship is excellent, real cedar that has weathered nicely outside. I plunge every morning for three minutes and the mental clarity afterward is unreal. Curbside delivery went fine and assembly was minimal, mostly just positioning and connecting the drain.
Love the plunge once it was set up. The cedar is gorgeous and it holds cold water well. Just be warned it is heavy and the freight company only does curbside, so have a couple strong helpers ready. No complaints about the product itself, it's beautifully made and the seams are tight.
Through a Minnesota winter this thing is unstoppable. The cedar insulates surprisingly well and with a chiller my water stays exactly where I set it. The stainless interior is hygienic and easy to maintain. I plunge after my barrel sauna and the whole hot-cold cycle has done wonders for my sleep and recovery.
Exactly what I wanted. Looks like a piece of furniture on the patio and works perfectly for daily cold therapy.
We got this for the whole household to use and it gets a workout. My teenagers do it after sports, my wife after yoga, and I do it every morning. The cedar tub is well made and the cold water genuinely helps with inflammation in my knees. Freight delivery was on time and the packaging was thorough. Simple to set up once it was in position.
