Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.
Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.
No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Installation & Assembly
Curbside Delivery
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day.

Beautiful sauna and incredibly well made. The cedar smells amazing the moment you open the door and the benches are wide and comfortable for two adults. Build took us a weekend but the panels lined up nicely. Comfortable and well made all around. Would absolutely recommend!
If you're on the fence about where to buy your sauna, let this be your sign to go with this team. I found them through a forum recommendation and they lived up to the hype. The LTL freight side was perfect; the crate actually arrived ahead of schedule. What really impressed me was the after-sale support. Ez coordinated with their technical team and sent me custom instructions with photos to get my door adjustment done right. It's rare to find a company this engaged after the sale. Great buying experience! More help and better pricing than the local wholesaler in my area. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but Eric was very helpful trimming it out and pairing it with a HUUM Drop heater. Still putting everything together this week but the kit is clearly high quality and the wood is gorgeous. Should be sweating soon!
The overall quality and craftsmanship of this sauna is amazing. The thick cedar panels and the glass front feel premium. The only snag was the door installation instructions, which need a little work and slowed us down for an hour. Once past that we were extremely happy with the final product. It heats up in about 35 minutes and the family loves it.
We've used the sauna every day since we assembled it. The DIY build takes a solid 10-15 hours, and that was even with professional help, so plan for a full weekend. That said, the quality is top-notch and the instructions are genuinely helpful. The cedar is beautiful and it holds heat well into a cold evening. And best of all, our 4-year-old is completely stoked on sauna nights with us!
Very helpful and informative sales team that answered all my heater questions before I bought. Quality product designed to last, and the setup instructions were easy to follow. The freight driver dropped the crate curbside and we moved the panels back ourselves with a couple of friends. Assembly went smoothly over a weekend and the finished sauna looks fantastic in the backyard.
There was a minor shipping issue with one of the crates and the team took care of it right away, no hassle at all. Replacement parts went out immediately and customer service kept me updated the whole time. Great company to deal with.
Really happy with the CL3G overall. The cedar quality, the glass front, and the bench depth are all excellent, and it heats up faster than I expected in winter. My only note is to plan ahead for the curbside LTL freight delivery; the crate is heavy and the driver only brings it to the end of the driveway, so line up a couple of helpers. Once assembled it has been flawless for evening recovery sessions.
We bought this as a recovery space after workouts and it has exceeded expectations. The DIY kit assembly was a fun father-daughter project over a weekend, and the instructions were clear enough that we didn't need a contractor. Pairs beautifully with our heater and reaches temp in around 30 minutes. The thick Nordic spruce holds heat through the coldest nights here. Couldn't be happier.
