SaunaLife warrants that the sauna will be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use for the lifetime of the sauna in residential applications, to the original retail purchaser. Warranty service is limited to repairing or replacing any factory-assembled component deemed defective in workmanship.

- Sauna heaters and added components (covered separately by their manufacturer)
- Labor, removal, reinstallation, shipping, or delivery costs
- Natural wood aging, weathering, UV discoloration, or checking
- Cosmetic changes from normal use and normal material wear

We had our contractor build the E8 and I am absolutely in love with it. The HUUM heater really gets the inside roasting hot, and the cedar smell when you first open the door is incredible. It looks so traditional sitting on the side of our house. We got our first big rainstorm last week where it just dumped, and the roof and shingles held up beautifully. You can see in the photo there's a little step under the sauna — that didn't come with the kit, our contractor built it from the extra wood (they send a couple of spare pieces in case anything gets damaged in shipping).
