Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.
Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.
No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.
Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.

Curbside Delivery
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day.
White Glove Delivery (Optional)

Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The CL5G arrived by curbside freight right on schedule and the delivery driver was patient while I got my dolly ready. The kit panels were all numbered and the cedar smells incredible. Customer service answered every question I had before and after the sale. Would highly recommend to anyone weighing a barrel against a cube design.
We had a bumpy process getting the sauna scheduled with the freight company, and there was about a week delay on the LTL pickup that nobody warned us about. But now that it's assembled and running, it has been everything I hoped for. It looks gorgeous set up on our patio and the glass front makes the whole thing feel open. The heat-up time is around 35 minutes to a solid 175. This really is the wellness retreat I was after.
My wife and I could not be happier with our new sauna. The DIY kit assembly was very straightforward once we laid out the numbered panels, and everything worked the moment we turned it on with no hiccups. We got the 8 kW heater which is slightly on the larger side for this cube, but it heats up very quickly and holds temp beautifully in cold weather. The benches are wide enough to actually lie down. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.
Amazing build quality on the CL5G and very easy to put together over a weekend. The thick cedar walls and tempered glass door feel premium, far beyond the barrel kits I looked at first. Plus the WiFi controller makes the experience that much better, I can fire it up from inside the house and it's ready by the time I walk out. Thanks to the team for all their help through the process.
The team was fantastic to work with throughout this process, fast to respond and genuinely helpful when I had questions about heater sizing and the electrical hookup. The CL5G itself is an amazing sauna with a lot of value for the money. Freight delivery to my curb went smoothly and all the kit pieces arrived intact. Highly recommend.
After considering many different outdoor saunas we chose the four-person cube CL5G. The sales team provided multiple quotes on various sauna and heater combinations and I found the pricing very competitive. The shipping and delivery of the kit and heater was exactly as stated, with tracking and no incidents on the LTL freight. The DIY build and electrical connection wrapped up this week and my wife and I are already enjoying our new sauna. The Nordic spruce looks stunning.
I did plenty of research before purchasing, from barrel sauna kits at the warehouse clubs to fully pre-built units that were way out of my budget. I believe the CL5G is the best option for getting close to an authentic Finnish sauna at a reasonable price. The quality of the wood is great and the support has been fast and helpful. It holds heat well even on a winter night. Highly recommend.
The team was outstanding in helping me pick the perfect unit and heater, and the purchasing and freight delivery process was seamless. My husband built this himself and there were some issues with the instructions, specifically the detailed components of the build and the wiring for the HUUM heater. It would help DIYers a lot if the heater directions were more specific to this sauna. It took us about a week and a half working evenings. Looking forward to many years of use.
The sauna is built and the product is genuinely sound and enjoyable. The process from ordering to receiving was where the trouble was. I live on an island with a short car ferry, and the curbside LTL freight situation got complicated and pricier than first quoted. The crate also took a hard drop off the truck onto my driveway, though thankfully all parts were intact. The build itself takes three able-bodied people, sometimes two to hold the walls while one drills. Measurements are listed in tenths of an inch which is odd. All that said, I'm quite happy with the finished sauna.
Loving it. While the setup had its moments, the end result looks great on our deck and we're able to get it quite hot even with it being 20 degrees outside. The glass front and the clean cube lines are exactly the modern look we wanted. Heat-up runs about 40 minutes in the cold.
The entire team has been highly responsive and extremely helpful with shipping updates, assistance with a return on a duplicate accessory, and available to answer questions at any time. The product itself was higher quality than I expected. The assembly instructions were not as comprehensive as I'd have liked, but there are several YouTube videos that filled the gaps. Overall a 5 star experience.
The CL5G was a well thought out DIY kit. It takes a minimum of two to assemble but a third makes it much smoother. No cutting was required during assembly. For the tar paper and shingles you'll want a utility knife and several razor blades. Realistically it's a two day build plus another day for the electrician to wire the heater. Watch a couple of YouTube videos first to pick up tricks, and know the door assembly could be explained better. The sauna has been amazing since.
I researched type and brand heavily before buying and it came down to a few good options. I went with the CL5G and don't regret it. Great looking product that functions very well. We paired it with a 7.5 kW HUUM Drop with WiFi and it easily reaches 175 or higher. The assembly instructions were poor, but the YouTube videos saved us. They suggest a one day build; it took two of us four days at about four hours a day. You'll need an electrician for the heater and lights. We use it four to six times a week and already have less muscle pain and better sleep.
