This model ships as a detailed kit. Two people can complete assembly in a weekend with standard tools. Instructions are included and our support team is available for guidance.
What foundation do I need?
The sauna requires a flat, level surface — a concrete pad, deck, or compacted gravel base all work well. The exterior footprint is 87.5"W x 70.8"D x 85.5"H.
Does it include a heater?

How does it handle cold climates?

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

First off I'll say this is a great investment. The whole process went smoothly from order to the curbside freight drop, and the driver helped me get the pallets up the driveway. The product came extremely well packed and the assembly was fairly straightforward, though this is a large project and you absolutely want at least two people. Took my buddy and me a long Saturday plus a few hours Sunday. The cedar smells incredible and it heats up faster than I expected. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out in our yard.
Growing up with a sauna in Europe, it was finally time to build our own little spa oasis. After shopping around there was no better fit than the CL7G. I assembled it in two days mostly by myself and we absolutely love it. The instructions could use a touch up but are manageable. I built a small platform to hold the sauna, added an outdoor shower, a cold tub and a resting pad, and might add a snack table to round it off. We chose the wood-burning stove instead of electric and it was the right call. It heats fast, and the crackle and glow of the fire add a whole extra level of comfort and romance to the ritual.
We live in Vermont and wanted something that could handle real winters. The CL7G has been flawless. The bench room comfortably fits our family of four and there's space to lie down on the upper bench. It reaches temperature in about 35 minutes with the electric heater and holds heat beautifully even when it's single digits outside. The glass door is gorgeous and lets us watch the snow fall while we warm up. Best purchase we've made for the house in years.
The sauna itself is excellent - thick Nordic spruce, solid construction, and it looks stunning on our patio. My only gripe is the LTL freight delivery was pricier than I budgeted and it's strictly curbside, so have a plan to move heavy crates. Assembly took two of us most of a weekend. Once it was up, no complaints at all. The heat-up time is quick and the upper bench is roomy. Knock a star only for the delivery sticker shock.
I bought this primarily for muscle recovery and it has exceeded expectations. After a hard training week, twenty minutes in here loosens everything up. The wood is fragrant, the build feels premium, and the bench layout gives me room to fully stretch out. Heat-up is fast enough that I can fire it up after a run and it's ready by the time I've showered.
Was nervous about assembling something this size but the panels are well labeled and everything lined up. Took a full weekend with my father-in-law helping. The result is rock solid. Heats up quick and the cedar interior is beautiful.
This sauna has become the social hub of our home. Friends come over just to use it. The craftsmanship is top notch, the glass front gives it a modern look, and the interior bench seating is more spacious than the photos suggest. We run it three or four times a week and it has held up perfectly through a full year of seasons. Customer service kept me updated through the whole order and delivery process.
No issue with the quality - the materials are clearly high grade and it performs great once running. But I'll be honest, the assembly took my son and me a solid two days and a couple of the instruction steps were ambiguous enough that we had to backtrack. If you're handy you'll be fine, just don't expect a quick afternoon project. Three stars reflects the build effort, not the product itself, which we enjoy daily now.
