Shipping & Delivery
Shipping: This Dundalk sauna ships FREE via LTL freight to the contiguous United States. Allow 5–10 business days for dispatch after order confirmation. A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
About This Delivery
The weight and packaging of this handcrafted sauna sanctuary requires delivery by special appointment and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level. Prior to shipping, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.
Heater Systems & Accessory Freight
Sauna heater system and accessories may ship in a protective box on top of this room’s crate — if so, shipping and packaging is FREE. All shipping and packaging is included at no additional cost.
Warranty Coverage
3-Year Residential Limited Warranty. Dundalk LeisureCraft warrants the sauna against manufacturing defects for 3 years of residential use.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.
Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.
No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.
Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.

Installation & Assembly
Curbside Delivery
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day.
Inside Delivery Option
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear before your delivery date.

Dundalk Leisurecraft warrants this sauna against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the original purchase date, for residential use.
Each Canadian Timber sauna is handcrafted in Ontario, Canada from premium Eastern White or Western Red Cedar. The warranty covers the cabin structure, wood components, and assembly. Normal weathering of untreated wood, damage from improper installation or maintenance, and commercial use are excluded.

The Harmony is a showpiece. The Western red cedar staves arrived on an LTL freight pallet curbside and were beautifully milled — not a single damaged board. Assembly with two people took the better part of a Saturday, but the cradle and band system is genuinely clever and everything lined up. The wood-burning heater gets it to a proper Finnish heat in about 35-40 minutes. After a day of splitting firewood there's nothing better. Worth every penny.
