Shipping & Delivery
- This SaunaLife item is not eligible for free shipping. A flat-rate freight charge of $950 applies within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48) and is shown at checkout. (All other brands ship free.)
- Ships within ~5 business days if in stock — you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Arrives on a pallet via LTL freight, curbside delivery only. The driver lowers it to the ground at the curb and calls ahead to schedule; from there you move the panels to your build site (most pieces are manageable with two people).
- Ships as a DIY assembly kit for on-site self-assembly. No delivery outside the Lower 48.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

Before this I had an order placed with another big-name infrared brand and after repeated shipping delays I canceled. I did more research and landed on the FD-3, which beats my original pick on style, materials and functionality. Delivery arrived exactly when promised and assembly was relatively simple, though it's a two-person job. I posted a few pics of mine set up in the corner of our room - the wood tone is even nicer in person. I've been using it daily and it gets very hot. The full-spectrum heaters are no joke. Highly recommend.
My sauna is installed and operational and what a delightful experience it has been. I'm thoroughly enjoying the full-spectrum infrared sessions. Completely relaxing. Everyone I dealt with was a delight, both while I was doing my research and after delivery. Five-star operation start to finish.
We measured carefully and the FD-3 fit perfectly in our converted spare room. Assembly was two of us and an afternoon - the panels click together logically. The infrared warms you deep without that heavy sauna humidity, which my husband prefers. The chromotherapy lighting is a nice touch in the evenings. We've already noticed better sleep on the nights we use it.
The sauna itself is fantastic - solid construction, attractive wood, and the full-spectrum heaters get warm quickly. My only note is coordinating the freight delivery took a couple of calls and it's curbside only. Once inside, two of us had it together in under two hours. Heats up in about 12 to 15 minutes. Very happy overall.
I use this every single morning before work. The full spectrum heat penetrates deeply and I sweat thoroughly within fifteen minutes. The build quality feels far above the price. The bench is comfortable and there's enough room for me to do some light stretches. Couldn't be happier.
Bought this on a physical therapist's recommendation for chronic back tension. The near and far infrared combination has genuinely helped. It heats fast, the controls are intuitive, and the glass front makes the small footprint feel open rather than cramped. Assembly was straightforward with a second set of hands.
The FD-3 is beautiful and works exactly as described. I'd only mention that getting the panels perfectly aligned took a bit of patience for two non-handy people, but nothing went wrong. The reading light and Bluetooth speaker are nice extras. Now that it's set up I look forward to it every evening.
