- This SaunaLife item is not eligible for free shipping. A flat-rate freight charge of $950 applies within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48) and is shown at checkout. (All other brands ship free.)
- Ships within ~5 business days if in stock — you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Arrives on a pallet via LTL freight, curbside delivery only. The driver lowers it to the ground at the curb and calls ahead to schedule; from there you move the panels to your build site (most pieces are manageable with two people).
- Ships as a DIY assembly kit for on-site self-assembly. No delivery outside the Lower 48.

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

This combination barrel sauna gives us both infrared and traditional steam, which was exactly what my wife and I wanted - we couldn't agree on one or the other, so this settled it. The thermo-treated aspen is gorgeous and stable, no resin and a lovely pale tone. It arrived on freight, curbside, and we assembled it over a weekend. The infrared warms fast for quick sessions and the steam heater delivers a proper traditional loyly. Best of both worlds.
We love having the choice between gentle infrared on busy mornings and a full traditional steam session on weekends. The FD-7 does both wonderfully. The barrel shape circulates heat evenly and the thermo-aspen is beautiful and durable outdoors. Assembly was a project but the staves are clearly labeled.
The dual infrared and traditional setup is brilliant and works exactly as advertised. The aspen wood is top quality. My only gripe is the LTL freight cost and that it's curbside only - the crates are heavy. Assembly took two of us a solid weekend. Once running, it's everything we hoped for.
We use the infrared on weeknights and fire up the traditional steam on weekends. The thermo-aspen holds up beautifully to our New England weather and looks stunning in the yard. The barrel heats evenly and the build quality is excellent. A real centerpiece.
As someone raised on traditional saunas, the steam side delivers an authentic loyly, and the infrared is a great quick option. The aspen is fragrant and stable. Heats fast and holds temperature. Delivery was on time and well crated. Highly recommend.
The whole family uses this - the kids love the gentler infrared and my husband and I love the traditional steam. The FD-7 looks beautiful, heats reliably, and the combination flexibility is worth every dollar. Assembly was doable with two people over a weekend.
The sauna performs beautifully on both modes and the aspen is gorgeous. Honest note though: this is a large barrel with two heating systems, so the assembly and wiring took my brother and me the better part of two days, and a couple of steps were ambiguous. Worth it in the end, but go in prepared for real effort.
