Shipping: This Finnmark sauna ships FREE via LTL freight to the contiguous United States. Allow 5–10 business days for delivery after order confirmation. A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

About This Delivery

The weight and packaging of this handcrafted sauna sanctuary requires delivery on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level. Prior to shipping, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Heater Systems & Accessory Freight

Sauna heater system and accessories may ship in a protective box on top of this room’s crate — if so, shipping and packaging is FREE. All shipping and packaging is included at no additional cost.

10-Year Structural Warranty

Finnmark Design warrants the sauna cabin structure, wood panels, frame, and assembly against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the original purchase date, for residential use.

Unconditional Lifetime Warranty — Spectrum Plus™ Heaters

The Spectrum Plus™ incoloy short-wave infrared heating elements carry an unconditional lifetime warranty — not a “limited” lifetime warranty. These elements are rated for approximately 40,000 operational hours (~130 years at 5 sessions/week). The Carbon 360° mid-wave infrared panels are rated for ~30,000 hours and are covered under the same heater element lifetime warranty.

Not Covered

• Minor surface dents, scratches, scuffing — normal
• Fine hairline cracks in wood — normal wood movement
• Commercial, rental, or shared-access installations
• Damage from improper installation or modification

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.

Curbside Delivery

Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day.

Inside Delivery Option

White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear before your delivery date.
