Shipping & Delivery
- This SaunaLife item is not eligible for free shipping. A flat-rate freight charge of $950 applies within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48) and is shown at checkout. (All other brands ship free.)
- Ships within ~5 business days if in stock — you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Arrives on a pallet via LTL freight, curbside delivery only. The driver lowers it to the ground at the curb and calls ahead to schedule; from there you move the panels to your build site (most pieces are manageable with two people).
- Ships as a DIY assembly kit for on-site self-assembly. No delivery outside the Lower 48.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

This Finnmark is absolutely incredible. We had two infrared saunas over the past 20 years and the heat from this Trinity combo is noticeably better and heats up faster. Photo is from our finished install in the basement — it fit the space perfectly and looks fantastic. Right now we're mostly running the infrared on a daily basis and it gets warm in no time. The traditional heater is there for when we want a real Finnish löyly. Highest recommendation.
We wanted the health benefits of infrared plus the warmth of a traditional sauna, so the Trinity combo was perfect. Only the infrared is plugged in right now and it's plenty warm. We may hold off installing the traditional heater since we'd need an electrician to update the circuit, but it's nice to know the option is there.
Love it. Excellent so far — assembly was straightforward and the panels clicked together cleanly. Infrared warms up quick.
We could not be happier with the FD-4 hybrid. We were so worried we'd buy the wrong one, and now we know we chose right. We wanted a sauna that gets really hot and this one does the job on the traditional side. The wood is super high quality, smells amazing, and arrived brand new with no damage. It was delivered on time and wasn't too difficult to put together. One tip: run the wires through the top panel before you set it on — set it on a box, take the top panel off, route the wires to their holes, then connect them as you lower the top. Makes the final assembly much easier.
I'm only using the infrared so far because my traditional heater unit hasn't arrived yet. That said, the sauna was certainly worth the wait. It heats up very quickly — within 30 minutes it's at 160 to 170°F. Shipping took a little longer than I'd have liked, but other than that this is as good as it gets.
The combo sauna is beautiful and the dual heat is genuinely the best of both worlds. Docking a star only because I underestimated the electrical work — the traditional heater needs a dedicated 240V circuit and that cost more than I expected. Get a quote from an electrician before you order. The sauna itself is flawless.
Between the infrared for quick warm-ups and the traditional rocks for a proper steam session, this thing covers everything. Bench space is generous and the glass front makes it feel open. Family loves it.
