Installation & Site Prep
ThermaSol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer; you are notified about two weeks before delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement — manual offloading is not recommended.
Install on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage (concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel), with a clear, accessible path from the delivery point. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Fortis cabin is a stunning piece. The hemlock and glass design looks high end and fits our basement wellness room perfectly. Heat-up is quick with the ThermaSol heater and the temperature is rock steady. The benches are wide and comfortable. Freight delivery was curbside on a pallet, so arrange help to move the panels inside. Assembly was very manageable.
ThermaSol clearly builds to a high standard. The Fortis panels are thick, the glass is gorgeous, and the WiFi heater control is fantastic. I can preheat from my phone before I get home. Heat-up takes about 30 minutes. We use it daily and it's transformed our recovery routine. Curbside freight, plan to carry panels inside.
Installed the Fortis in our spare bathroom and it looks like it belongs in a spa. The glass front and clean lines are elegant. The heater is powerful and quiet. Heats evenly and holds temperature without fuss. Assembly with the panelized design was straightforward over a weekend.
The Fortis is excellent quality. My only note is the panels are heavy and the freight is curbside, so getting them indoors took a few people. Once assembled it's flawless. Quick heat-up and the WiFi control is genuinely useful. The wood and glass craftsmanship is top tier.
We use the Fortis every morning now. The heat-up is fast and the steady warmth is perfect. The benches are comfortable and the design is modern and bright. ThermaSol's heater is whisper quiet. Worth the investment for an indoor luxury sauna.
As someone who used to drive to a gym sauna, having the Fortis at home is life changing. Quick heat-up, even heat, beautiful materials. The glass makes it feel open rather than boxed in. Assembly was simpler than expected with clear instructions.
