- Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).
- Ships curbside via LTL freight on a pallet or crate — the driver brings it to your driveway or curb.
- Plan to have help on delivery day to move it from the curb into place.
- Processing: typically ships within 1–2 weeks (some made-to-order or customized models up to 3–4 weeks).
- Transit: about 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) once shipped.

Installation & Site Prep
ThermaSol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer; you are notified about two weeks before delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement — manual offloading is not recommended.
Install on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage (concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel), with a clear, accessible path from the delivery point. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Vue cabin is all about the view — the expansive glass front makes the sauna feel open and modern. ThermaSol's craftsmanship is obvious in the joinery and the heavy glass. It came crated on an LTL freight truck and assembly, while detailed, went together precisely with help. The heater brings it up to temperature quickly and the heat is even. A stunning spa-grade addition to our home.
We chose the Vue for the glass design and we're thrilled. It looks like something from a luxury spa. The materials are premium and everything fit together cleanly during assembly. Curbside freight was coordinated nicely. Heats fast, holds temperature, and the family uses it most evenings.
The Vue delivers a genuine spa experience. The glass front, the bench layout, and the even heat all feel premium. Assembly was more involved than a kit barrel but the precision made it satisfying. Freight delivery was professional. Excellent for recovery and unwinding.
The Vue is gorgeous and the glass is the star. Just know the cabin assembly is detailed and the glass panels are heavy, so have a helper and take your time. Support answered my questions quickly. Once up it heats beautifully and looks incredible. Four stars only for the install effort.
