Shipping & Delivery

Shipping: This cold plunge ships FREE via LTL freight to the contiguous United States. Allow 5–10 business days for dispatch after order confirmation; a tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

Curbside Delivery

Freight delivery is curbside — the driver lowers the crate to ground level. Plan to move the tub into its final position (it carries into place with two people).

No Plumbing Required

The plunge is plug-and-play: fill it with a garden hose and plug the cooling engine into a standard household outlet. No plumbing or hard-wiring needed.

Warranty Coverage

2-Year Limited Warranty (Consumer Use)

Icetubs warrants this cold plunge against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery for residential/consumer use.

6-Month Limited Warranty (Light Commercial Use)

For light-commercial installations, coverage is 6 months from delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear, misuse, freeze damage, and improper water chemistry are excluded. Claims are handled through Sauna Company USA.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.
