Does the SaunaLife S1 come with a chiller?
The SaunaLife S1 is available as a tub-only model or bundled with a matched water chiller. The chiller package maintains your target temperature automatically without requiring ice. Contact us to order the version that suits you.

What is the SaunaLife S1 made from?
The SaunaLife S1 features a Western Red Cedar exterior with a marine-grade stainless steel interior liner — the same material combination used in high-end commercial cold plunge facilities. Cedar is naturally antimicrobial and moisture-resistant.
How do I maintain the SaunaLife S1?
Maintain proper water chemistry (pH 7.2–7.8, sanitized with bromine or non-chlorine shock), clean the stainless liner weekly, and drain and deep clean monthly. With a chiller attached, you can extend water change intervals significantly.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.
No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.
