Shipping & Delivery
- This SaunaLife item is not eligible for free shipping. A flat-rate freight charge of $950 applies within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48) and is shown at checkout. (All other brands ship free.)
- Ships within ~5 business days if in stock — you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Arrives on a pallet via LTL freight, curbside delivery only. The driver lowers it to the ground at the curb and calls ahead to schedule; from there you move the panels to your build site (most pieces are manageable with two people).
- Ships as a DIY assembly kit for on-site self-assembly. No delivery outside the Lower 48.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

Everything went well overall, starting with delivery that arrived earlier than projected. But the info about the hard wiring required was not exact, so I had to bring the electrician back to complete the connection for the conventional heater, which could have been avoided and meant extra cost. The panels and hardware to put together were precise though, so real kudos for the assembly side. The combo of infrared and traditional steam is fantastic once running.
The FD-5 Trinity gives you a gentle infrared warm-up and then a full traditional steam session, and I love being able to choose. The infrared is ready almost instantly while the traditional heater takes about 40 minutes. The wood is beautiful and the glass front is generous. Curbside freight delivery was smooth and the DIY panel assembly was clearly labeled.
Having both infrared and traditional in one cabin is incredibly versatile. On busy days I do a quick infrared session; on weekends I do a full steam. The build quality is excellent and the panels went together well over a weekend. Just be sure to line up an electrician for the traditional heater circuit. Freight arrived curbside on schedule.
Our family loves that the FD-5 does both infrared and traditional. The kids and my wife prefer the milder infrared while I go for the hot steam. The cabin is roomy, the wood is gorgeous, and the heat is even. DIY assembly took a weekend with the labeled panels. Curbside delivery was well coordinated. Great combo unit.
If you cannot decide between infrared and traditional, get this and stop debating. The flexibility is worth every dollar. The infrared comes on fast and the traditional heater delivers a deep, authentic sweat. Build quality is high and the wood is beautiful. The only planning note is the electrical for the conventional heater. Curbside freight was professional.
