What room modifications do I need for installation?
An indoor sauna requires a dedicated circuit (typically 240V/40A) for the heater. The room should have a moisture-resistant floor and adequate ventilation. No structural modifications are needed — the sauna is freestanding.
How long does installation take?
The X-Series modular panels snap together in approximately 2–4 hours with two people. Electrical connection by a licensed electrician is required.

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The X2 fit beautifully into the corner of our finished basement. It ships as a panel kit on a freight pallet and the curbside delivery was smooth. Two of us had it assembled in an afternoon - the panels lock together cleanly and the glass front gives it a high-end look. Heats up in about 30 minutes and comfortably seats two. The Nordic spruce smells wonderful every time we open the door.
We don't have a huge space, so the X2's smaller footprint was the selling point. Despite that, the interior is surprisingly roomy with comfortable benches. It reaches a proper hot temperature and holds it well. Assembly was logical and didn't require any special tools beyond what was suggested. Love starting my mornings in here.
Excellent indoor sauna. The only thing to plan for is getting the crated panels through your interior doorways - measure first. Once inside, assembly was quick for two people. The glass door and spruce interior look fantastic. Heats fast and runs efficiently. Four stars only for the move-in logistics.

I use this every evening to unwind. Twenty minutes and the day melts away. The interior wood is beautiful, the heater is efficient, and the glass front keeps it from feeling boxed in. Assembly was easier than I expected.
Genuinely impressed with how cleanly the panels assemble. My wife and I had it standing in a few hours. It heats to a solid temperature fast and looks great in our spare room. Excellent value for an indoor sauna.
The cabin itself is beautiful and assembles easily. I'd recommend an electrician for the heater hookup - that part took some coordinating for us. Once running, it heats quickly and holds temperature wonderfully. The spruce interior is gorgeous. Very happy overall.
We carved out a corner of the laundry room for this and it's been one of the best decisions we've made. The X2 punches well above its size, heating fast and feeling spacious inside thanks to the glass. Quality is top notch.
