This model ships as a detailed kit. Two people can complete assembly in a weekend with standard tools. Instructions are included and our support team is available for guidance.
What foundation do I need?
The sauna requires a flat, level surface — a concrete pad, deck, or compacted gravel base all work well. Refer to the Specifications tab for exact exterior dimensions to plan your foundation.
Does it include a heater?

How does it handle cold climates?

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The G11 is a serious outdoor sauna. The footprint is generous and we comfortably fit six adults with room to spare. The Nordic spruce panels are thick and the construction is rock solid. Heat-up to 175 takes about 40 minutes with the included heater. The glass front and porch area make it feel like a proper retreat. Freight came curbside on two pallets, so plan helpers and a dolly.
I was nervous about assembling something this size but the panelized kit went together smoothly over a long weekend with my husband. Everything was pre-cut and labeled. The hardest part was the curbside freight unload, definitely get help. Once built it's stunning. The benches are wide and the wood is gorgeous. We use it as a family every weekend.
We're in upstate New York and the G11 stays toasty even at sub-zero temps. The insulated walls and quality spruce make a real difference. The heater is powerful and the rocks throw great loyly. Big enough for the whole family plus guests. No regrets at all.
The sauna is fantastic and looks high end. Assembly is manageable but read the instructions thoroughly first, a couple panel orientations tripped us up. The freight delivery was curbside only and heavy, so we rented an appliance dolly. Heat-up time is quick once the heater is dialed in. Roomy interior for a crowd.
The G11 has changed how we spend weekends. Friends come over, we fire it up, and everyone fits. The glass door and large windows make it bright and open inside. Spruce smells amazing. Heater gets us to temperature fast. Built like a tank.
As an athlete I wanted a real sauna for recovery and the G11 delivers. Big enough to stretch out fully on the bench. Heats evenly and holds it. The DIY assembly took us two days at an easy pace. Quality wood throughout, no warping after a winter.
The G11's covered porch and large interior make it feel like a tiny cabin. We added lighting and it's our favorite spot. Heat-up is fast and even with the included heater. Curbside freight, get help, but the build itself was rewarding. Highly recommend.
