Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Nordic Misty Lounge XL is unlike any sauna I've seen — the lounge layout lets you actually recline comfortably. Premium ThermaSol build, fast heat, and gorgeous wood. White-glove delivery and the single-entrance config fit our space perfectly.
The whole point of this is comfort and it delivers. The lounge benches are wide and you can fully stretch out. The glass and wood combination looks stunning. Heats quickly.
Love the lounge concept. Be aware the XL is genuinely extra large — make sure your space and your budget can handle it. Once in place it's spectacular and heats evenly throughout.
Guests are floored when they see this. The reclined lounge design is so much more relaxing than sitting upright on a bench. ThermaSol quality everywhere you look.
The single-entrance version fit our layout. Construction is top notch, heater is powerful, and the lounge seating is a game changer for long sessions.
The lounge sauna is gorgeous and comfortable. Three stars because assembly was more involved than expected given the size, and we ended up hiring help. Worth it in the end but plan for installation. Delivery was professional.
Recline, relax, sweat it out. The XL gives so much room and the build is impeccable. Heats up fast and stays consistent.
