Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Nordic Misty changing room completed our setup beautifully. Having a dedicated space to change and store towels right beside the sauna makes the whole ritual feel more like a real spa. The build matches the sauna's quality - clean lines, solid materials. Freight arrived curbside and assembly was a weekend project with a friend.
We didn't realize how much we'd appreciate a proper changing room until we had one. It keeps everything organized and dry, and the single-entrance design fit our layout perfectly. The materials are premium and it pairs seamlessly with the Nordic Misty modules. Very happy.
Quality is excellent and it looks fantastic next to the sauna. The assembly was a bit more involved than expected and the curbside freight crate was heavy, so have help on hand. Once built, it's a wonderful, practical space. Four stars for the build effort.
