Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The GL4 is a showpiece. The panoramic glass front turns it into a glass-walled retreat looking out at our woods, and the spruce construction is gorgeous. It came as a DIY kit on a freight pallet and two of us had it assembled over a weekend with the included instructions. The heater brings it up to temp in about 35 minutes. Benches are comfortable and the whole thing feels premium and well sealed.
I was nervous about putting an outdoor sauna together myself but the GL4 panels are numbered and the kit goes together logically. My brother and I finished in about a day and a half. The Nordic spruce is beautiful and the glass front lets in so much light. Heat-up time is reasonable and it holds steady once it's hot. Freight delivery was curbside so plan for helpers to move the crates.
Nothing beats sitting in the GL4 watching snow fall through that big glass wall. The wood holds heat beautifully and the heater has no trouble fighting our cold New England winters. Assembly took two of us a weekend and the kit was complete, no missing hardware. The upper bench is plenty roomy for two adults. This was an investment but it has transformed our backyard.
The finished sauna is everything I hoped, the glass front is the star. Docking a star because the DIY assembly took us longer than expected and a couple of steps in the manual were unclear, so we re-read sections a few times. Once together it is rock solid and heats quickly. The spruce smells amazing the first weeks. LTL freight was on time.
The GL4 kit arrived well packaged on a pallet and every panel was protected. Building it ourselves saved money and honestly was kind of fun. The full-glass facade makes the interior feel huge. We use it as a family three or four nights a week now. Heater is strong, gets us to 180 in about half an hour. Highly recommend if you don't mind a weekend project.
Looks like a luxury spa dropped in our backyard. The glass and spruce combination is stunning and it functions perfectly. Couldn't be happier.
