The SaunaLife Model GL4 is a premium DIY kit assembled on-site. All wood components ship pre-cut and pre-drilled, so no on-site cutting or complex fabrication is needed.

What's involved in assembling the SaunaLife GL4?

The SaunaLife GL4 takes about 4-8 hours to assemble with 2-3 people and basic tools (wrench, screwdriver, drill, level, tape, hammer). Difficulty is moderate.

Does the SaunaLife GL4 include a heater?

No, the heater is sold separately for the SaunaLife GL4 (or available in complete bundles). Electrical hookup may require a licensed electrician per local codes.

How is the SaunaLife GL4 shipped?

The SaunaLife GL4 arrives by curbside freight with a $950 freight charge, is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and is eligible for our 30-day return policy. No sales tax applies to orders shipped outside New Jersey.

• Flat-rate freight: $950 to the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states), shipped via LTL freight.
• Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico — we ship there; call or text (856) 426-8530 first for a freight quote (online checkout is Lower-48 only).
• Most orders dispatch within 5 business days; a tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
• Curbside delivery only — the driver lowers the item to ground level on a wooden pallet.

2-Year Limited Warranty

SaunaLife provides a 2-year limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in workmanship in the factory-assembled sauna structure, wood panels, and assembly — for 2 years from the date of delivery in residential use.

Not Covered

• Sauna heaters and heating elements (covered separately by the heater manufacturer)
• Labor, removal, or reinstallation costs
• Natural wood aging, weathering, UV discoloration, or checking
• Cosmetic changes from normal use
• Damage from improper installation, modification, or commercial use

To File a Claim

Email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number and photos of the defect. A Return Authorization (RA) is required before returning any parts. Replacement parts carry the remainder of the original warranty.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.

Curbside Delivery

Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day.

White Glove Delivery (Optional)

White glove delivery is available by customer arrangement. You contact and book a white glove delivery service of your choice — we ship the sauna to their facility, and they handle the final-mile delivery and placement. Email info@saunacompanyusa.com for help finding a local white glove provider.

Payment is made at the time of order via the methods we offer — major credit cards, PayPal, and financing partners. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party processors.
