The Narvi Kuru 14 brings that authentic wood-burning sauna experience. The crackle of the fire and the deep, soft heat are unmatched. It heats my barrel sauna to 180 in about 40 minutes once the fire is roaring. The cast and steel build is rugged. Great steam over the rocks. Perfect for off-grid use.
We chose the Kuru 14 for the true Finnish wood-fired feel and it delivers. The heat is enveloping and the steam is soft. It holds plenty of rocks. Heat-up takes about 40 minutes with good seasoned wood. The build is heavy duty and looks like it'll last decades.
The Kuru 14 is an excellent wood stove for the sauna. Make sure you have the chimney and clearances done properly, ideally by a pro. Once installed it heats beautifully and the steam is great. Heavy, rugged build. The wood-fired warmth is worth the extra effort over electric.
Our cabin sauna has no power so the Kuru 14 was the only option, and it's been perfect. The heat is deep and soothing, the steam soft. Heat-up is quick once the fire catches. The build quality is robust. Loading the firewood is part of the ritual we love.
The Narvi Kuru 14 is built like a tank. It throws serious heat and the rock bed produces excellent steam. We use it through the winter and it warms the sauna fast. The wood-fired experience is unbeatable for authenticity. Highly recommend for an outdoor sauna.
