This model ships as a precision-milled kit with interlocking staves that assemble in approximately 4–8 hours with two people and basic tools. No special skills required — illustrated instructions are included.

Can this barrel sauna be used outdoors year-round?
Yes. SaunaLife barrel saunas are built for all-weather outdoor use. The rounded barrel shape naturally sheds rain and snow, and the kiln-dried Spruce or Thermo-Spruce wood resists warping and cracking in all climates.

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The E7 is a great size for two to three people and fit perfectly in our smaller yard. The Nordic spruce is beautiful and the barrel shape means it heats up in under 30 minutes. It arrived as a DIY kit on a freight pallet and I assembled most of it solo over a weekend. The benches are comfortable and the heater is plenty for the space. Couldn't be happier with the quality.
I'd never built anything like this and the E7 kit was manageable. The staves slot together and the instructions are clear enough that two of us finished in a weekend. The spruce smells amazing and the round interior heats evenly and quickly. We use it after work most days. Freight delivery was curbside, so just have a helper to move the crates.
Added the E7 for post-run recovery and it's ideal. Compact enough for my patio, heats fast thanks to the barrel design, and the wood quality is excellent. The bench layout works well for stretching out. DIY assembly took a weekend with my wife helping. The included heater gets us to temp quickly and holds it. Highly recommend for a smaller space.
The E7 is well built and heats quickly. It fits two adults very comfortably but three is a squeeze, so plan accordingly. The spruce is thick and lovely. DIY build went fine over a weekend. The freight crew left it curbside as expected. Holds heat well in our chilly fall evenings.
