This model ships as a precision-milled kit with interlocking staves that assemble in approximately 4–8 hours with two people and basic tools. No special skills required — illustrated instructions are included.

Can this barrel sauna be used outdoors year-round?
Yes. SaunaLife barrel saunas are built for all-weather outdoor use. The rounded barrel shape naturally sheds rain and snow, and the kiln-dried Spruce or Thermo-Spruce wood resists warping and cracking in all climates.

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The E6W is the perfect size for two and the wood-fired feel of a proper barrel sauna. The cedar is beautiful, the benches are comfortable, and it heats up quickly. Curbside LTL freight delivery arrived on schedule and the DIY kit went together over a weekend with a helper. Great winter retreat in our backyard.
We chose the E6W for its compact footprint and have been thrilled. The barrel design heats evenly and the cedar smells wonderful. Assembly took a Saturday plus the electrician for the heater. It reaches a solid 175 in about 35 minutes. Perfect for unwinding after a cold day outside.
Love the E6W once it was assembled. The build itself takes patience, especially tightening the barrel bands, and you'll want a second set of hands. The instructions are sparse so I watched a couple of videos. The wood quality is excellent and it heats fast. Freight delivery was curbside and on time.
Having the E6W steps from the house has been great for recovery after my runs. It heats quickly, the cedar interior is gorgeous, and the compact size means it gets hot fast and holds it. The DIY kit was well organized. Highly recommend for a smaller yard.
This delivers the authentic barrel sauna experience without taking over the yard. The rounded walls circulate heat beautifully and pouring water on the rocks gives a perfect loyly. Curbside delivery went smoothly with help to move the crate. Assembly was a satisfying weekend project. Use it almost daily in winter.
The E6W has held up wonderfully through a full winter. The cedar looks as good as the day we built it and the heater brings it up to temperature fast. Two of us assembled it over a weekend. The benches are comfortable and the whole thing feels solid. Couldn't be happier.
Good value for a quality barrel sauna. The materials are clearly better than the budget kits I looked at, and it heats fast for its size. The assembly instructions lag the product quality, so be ready to consult some videos. Freight delivery curbside was on time. Very happy with it overall.
