This model ships as a precision-milled kit with interlocking staves that assemble in approximately 4–8 hours with two people and basic tools. No special skills required — illustrated instructions are included.

Can this barrel sauna be used outdoors year-round?
Yes. SaunaLife barrel saunas are built for all-weather outdoor use. The rounded barrel shape naturally sheds rain and snow, and the kiln-dried Spruce or Thermo-Spruce wood resists warping and cracking in all climates.

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The E7W is a beautifully made barrel sauna. The spruce is fragrant and the build is solid. Comfortably fits two or three. Heat-up to 175 takes around 35 minutes with the heater. The DIY kit went together over an afternoon with pre-cut numbered staves. Curbside freight delivery was heavy but a dolly and a friend made it manageable.
We use the E7W almost every night in winter. The barrel shape heats evenly and the wood holds the warmth. The glass door looks great and lets in light. Assembly was honestly fun, the kit is well designed. Heater warms it quickly. Best wellness purchase we've made.
I'm fairly handy and the E7W kit was a pleasure to build. Everything fit precisely and the wood quality is excellent. No splinters on the benches. Heats fast and the rocks throw nice steam. Curbside freight, get help unloading. Holds heat well even on cold nights.
Love the E7W. Compact enough for our small yard but roomy inside for two. Heat-up time is quick. The only minor thing was the freight, curbside drop and heavier than expected, so plan accordingly. Once assembled it's been flawless and the cedar smell is wonderful.
I run daily and the E7W has been a recovery game changer. Quick heat-up, even warmth, comfortable benches. The build feels premium for the price. Assembly took an afternoon. Holds temperature well through a sauna session without constant adjusting.
The spruce staves are thick and the bands are solid. It heats fast and holds heat nicely. We use it as a couple most evenings. The DIY kit assembly was straightforward with the labeled parts. Highly recommend for a smaller space.
