What foundation does the Serenity need?
A flat, level surface — concrete pad, pressure-treated deck, or compacted gravel all work. The sauna sits on cedar cradles included with the kit.
Does the heater require an electrician?
Yes. The Harvia KIP 6kW is hardwired 240V/25A and requires a licensed electrician for installation.
Do the components arrive together?
No — the sauna ships via LTL freight on a pallet; the heater ships separately via parcel. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each.

Shipping & Delivery
This bundle ships as two separate packages:
- Sauna: Ships via LTL freight on a pallet. Curbside delivery — driver calls ahead to schedule. A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
- Heater: Ships separately via parcel carrier with free delivery, typically 1–3 business days.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Both components are ready to install upon arrival.
Warranty Coverage
Each component in this bundle carries its own manufacturer warranty:
- Sauna structure: Covered by the sauna manufacturer's warranty — see individual product pages for full warranty terms.
- Heater: Covered by the heater manufacturer's warranty — see individual heater product page for terms.
