Shipping & Delivery
- This SaunaLife item is not eligible for free shipping. A flat-rate freight charge of $950 applies within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48) and is shown at checkout. (All other brands ship free.)
- Ships within ~5 business days if in stock — you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Arrives on a pallet via LTL freight, curbside delivery only. The driver lowers it to the ground at the curb and calls ahead to schedule; from there you move the panels to your build site (most pieces are manageable with two people).
- Ships as a DIY assembly kit for on-site self-assembly. No delivery outside the Lower 48.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The FD-6 combination barrel gives us both infrared and traditional steam, and we love switching between them. The cedar barrel is beautiful and heats fast. It arrived as a DIY kit on a freight pallet and two of us assembled it over a weekend. The infrared is great for a quick gentle session and the traditional heater for a full hot sauna. Excellent build quality and a stunning backyard centerpiece.
The cedar on the FD-6 is thick and beautifully finished and the barrel shape heats up quickly. Having both infrared panels and a traditional heater means we can tailor each session. DIY assembly was a doable weekend project with my husband. The freight delivery was curbside and well packaged. We use it several times a week as a couple.
I love that I can do infrared on a lazy morning and full traditional steam in the evening. The FD-6 barrel heats fast either way and the cedar smells incredible. Assembly as a DIY kit took a weekend and everything was numbered and included. Recovery after my workouts has improved noticeably. Curbside freight delivery went fine with a helper.
The dual infrared and traditional setup is fantastic and worth it. Four stars because wiring both the infrared and the traditional heater made installation more involved, so budget time or an electrician. Once running it's wonderful. The cedar barrel is beautiful and heats fast. Freight delivery was curbside and on time.
Through the winter the FD-6 has been incredible. Traditional steam mode gets me hot fast even in the cold and the infrared is perfect for gentle recovery days. The cedar barrel is well insulated and the build is solid. DIY assembly was a weekend with my son. We freight-delivered curbside and rolled the crates in. Couldn't recommend more.
The cedar barrel is stunning and having both heat options is a luxury. Heats quickly and the build is top quality. Love it.
