Installation & Site Prep
ThermaSol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer; you are notified about two weeks before delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement — manual offloading is not recommended.
Install on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage (concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel), with a clear, accessible path from the delivery point. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer — we do not offer a single blanket warranty. For the warranty that applies to this item, see the warranty document under Documents & Manuals on this page, or contact us.
Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Nordic Dawn cabin feels genuinely premium from the first glance. The glass front is stunning and the interior wood is beautifully finished. It heats up evenly and quickly with the included heater, and the benches are comfortable for two. Curbside freight delivery was well coordinated and assembly was more straightforward than I expected for a cabin this size.
This cabin is so well designed it looks like a piece of furniture in our space rather than a sauna. The materials are high quality and the glass door seals tightly to hold heat. We get a deep, even sauna in about half an hour. The sales team was helpful in choosing the right configuration. Freight arrived curbside and intact.
What stands out about the Nordic Dawn is how even the heat distribution is; no cold spots on the bench. The wood is gorgeous and the build quality is excellent throughout. It has become my daily decompression spot. Assembly took an afternoon and the instructions were clear. Curbside delivery was smooth and on schedule.
Beautiful, well-built cabin and we love using it. One tip: confirm your electrical requirements early because the heater needs a dedicated circuit and we had to schedule an electrician. Once wired it heats up quickly and evenly, and the glass front is stunning. The wood quality is top tier. Freight delivery arrived curbside as promised.
I start most mornings in the Nordic Dawn now. The heat-up time is quick, the bench is comfortable, and the whole cabin feels luxurious. The glass front makes it feel open rather than cramped. Build quality is exactly what you would expect at this level. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a refined sauna experience.
An investment, yes, but worth every penny. The Nordic Dawn is beautifully crafted, heats evenly, and has held up perfectly. The glass and wood combination is elegant and the heat is deep and consistent. Curbside freight delivery was professional. We use it as a family several times a week and love it.
