- Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).
- Ships curbside via LTL freight on a pallet or crate — the driver brings it to your driveway or curb.
- Plan to have help on delivery day to move it from the curb into place.
- Processing: typically ships within 1–2 weeks (some made-to-order or customized models up to 3–4 weeks).
- Transit: about 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) once shipped.

Installation & Site Prep
ThermaSol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer; you are notified about two weeks before delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement — manual offloading is not recommended.
Install on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage (concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel), with a clear, accessible path from the delivery point. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

ThermaSol's build quality is in another tier. The Nordic Misty cabin arrived crated on an LTL freight truck and the panels were flawless. Assembly is more involved than a barrel kit but the fit and finish is precise. The glass and wood combination looks like a spa. The heater pairs perfectly and brings it to temperature quickly. This is a forever piece.
We wanted something premium and the Nordic Misty delivers. The cabinetry is gorgeous, the glass is substantial, and the heat is even and enveloping. Curbside freight delivery was coordinated well by the team. It does take some patience to assemble but it's worth it. Our nightly ritual now.
The Nordic Misty feels engineered, not just assembled. The panels lock together precisely and the wood is beautifully finished. Heats up fast and holds temperature without strain. Freight delivery was smooth. A genuine spa experience at home and great for recovery after long days.
The Nordic Misty is a stunning cabin and the materials are clearly high end. Just plan for a careful assembly — it's precise but takes time, and you'll want two people. Support was responsive when I had a question about the heater wiring. Once running it's a beautiful, even heat. Four stars only for the install effort.
This is a serious sauna. The Nordic Misty cabin is solid, quiet, and heats beautifully. We use it as a family in the evenings and it has become the best part of the day. Crated freight delivery was professional. Highly recommend if you want spa-grade quality.
The Nordic Misty looks incredible and feels even better. The glass and wood are top quality and the heat is gentle but thorough. Setup took an afternoon with help. We love it for relaxation and recovery in the winter.
