Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).
- Ships curbside via LTL freight on a pallet or crate — the driver brings it to your driveway or curb.
- Plan to have help on delivery day to move it from the curb into place.
- Processing: typically ships within 1–2 weeks (some made-to-order or customized models up to 3–4 weeks).
- Transit: about 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) once shipped.
- You’ll get a tracking number by email when it ships — please inspect for freight damage at delivery.

Installation & Site Prep
ThermaSol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer; you are notified about two weeks before delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement — manual offloading is not recommended.
Install on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage (concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel), with a clear, accessible path from the delivery point. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

Payment is made at the time of order via the methods we offer — major credit cards, PayPal, and financing partners. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party processors.

The Ombra has a darker, more dramatic aesthetic that we love. The finish is flawless and the glass door is substantial. Heats quickly and evenly. White-glove freight delivery made setup easy. A true centerpiece.
ThermaSol quality through and through. The cabin feels solid, the heater is strong, and it reaches temperature fast. Bench space comfortable for two adults.
Stunning cabin. Just measure carefully — it's larger than it looks in photos and we barely fit it in our intended spot. Once installed it's been perfect and heats up in about 30 minutes.
The wood and hardware are high end. The dark tone of the Ombra is striking and modern. Daily sessions have become my favorite part of the day.
Heats fast and holds temperature well. The glass front lets light in and makes it feel open. ThermaSol's craftsmanship is evident everywhere.
The Ombra is excellent once it arrived, no complaints about the product. Three stars because lead time was longer than quoted and updates were hard to get. Delivery itself was professional. Heats great.
We splurged and have no regrets. The Ombra looks like it came out of a luxury resort. The heater is powerful and the bench is comfortable for lounging.
