- Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).
- Ships curbside via LTL freight on a pallet or crate — the driver brings it to your driveway or curb.
- Plan to have help on delivery day to move it from the curb into place.
- Processing: typically ships within 1–2 weeks (some made-to-order or customized models up to 3–4 weeks).
- Transit: about 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) once shipped.
- You’ll get a tracking number by email when it ships — please inspect for freight damage at delivery.

Installation & Site Prep
ThermaSol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer; you are notified about two weeks before delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement — manual offloading is not recommended.
Install on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage (concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel), with a clear, accessible path from the delivery point. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Spectra has a sleek modern look that fits our home perfectly. The wood interior is flawless and the heater brings it to a strong, even heat quickly. Freight delivery arrived well crated and the cabin assembly was straightforward. It has become our nightly ritual and the family loves it.
We installed the Spectra indoors and couldn't be happier. It heats fast, holds temperature evenly, and the build quality is exactly what you'd want at this level. The glass and the cedar look stunning together. White-glove freight coordination made delivery easy. Highly recommend.
The Spectra is a beautifully built cabin with excellent heat retention. Be sure to measure your doorways and space because it's a sizable unit with a large freight crate. Once installed it heats quickly and the materials are top tier. The support team was helpful with the electrical hookup questions.
This cabin delivers a true spa experience at home. The benches are comfortable, the heater is powerful and fast, and the wood smells wonderful. Assembly was manageable with clearer instructions than I expected. We use it most evenings for recovery and it has helped my sleep tremendously.
The Spectra is worth the premium. The joinery, the glass, and the heater all feel high end, and it reaches a strong heat fast while staying even throughout. Freight delivery arrived on schedule and intact. A fantastic addition to our wellness routine.
A stunning, well made indoor cabin. The Spectra looks like designer furniture and performs like a serious sauna. Heat-up is quick and the cedar quality is exceptional. Delivery was well coordinated and assembly was satisfying. We are delighted with it.
Excellent cabin overall, with first rate materials and a strong heater. The only heads up is the freight delivery, the crate is heavy and you'll need help moving it inside. After assembly it has performed flawlessly with wonderfully even heat throughout. Very pleased.
