- Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).
- Ships curbside via LTL freight on a pallet or crate — the driver brings it to your driveway or curb.
- Plan to have help on delivery day to move it from the curb into place.
- Processing: typically ships within 1–2 weeks (some made-to-order or customized models up to 3–4 weeks).
- Transit: about 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) once shipped.

Installation & Site Prep
ThermaSol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer; you are notified about two weeks before delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement — manual offloading is not recommended.
Install on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage (concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel), with a clear, accessible path from the delivery point. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Vera cabin is a beautiful modern indoor sauna. The glass and wood combination is striking and it fits our home gym perfectly. Heat-up is quick with the ThermaSol heater and the temperature stays steady. The benches are spacious. Freight arrived curbside, so plan helpers to bring the panels inside. Assembly was straightforward over a weekend.
Being able to preheat the Vera from my phone is a game changer. By the time I'm changed it's at temperature. The build quality is excellent, thick panels and beautiful glass. Heats in about half an hour. We use it daily for recovery. Curbside freight, get help moving panels.
The Vera turned our basement into a spa. The clean lines and glass front are gorgeous. The heater is powerful and quiet, and heat-up is fast. The wood smells wonderful and the benches are comfortable. Assembly with the panel system was simple. Couldn't be happier.
Top quality sauna. The only challenge was getting the panels indoors since freight is curbside and they're heavy. With a few people it was fine. Once assembled it's flawless, quick heat-up and even warmth. The WiFi control is a nice luxury. Beautiful glass and wood.
