- Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).
- Ships curbside via LTL freight on a pallet or crate — the driver brings it to your driveway or curb.
- Plan to have help on delivery day to move it from the curb into place.
- Processing: typically ships within 1–2 weeks (some made-to-order or customized models up to 3–4 weeks).
- Transit: about 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) once shipped.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Aalto is a step above. The cabinetry-grade finish and the heater quality really show ThermaSol's premium positioning. Heats fast and the controls are intuitive. Freight delivery was white-glove to my garage. Worth the investment for a true spa experience at home.
This cabin looks like it belongs in a luxury hotel. The glass front and clean lines are stunning, and the wood is impeccable. Bench space is generous for two.
The quality is undeniable. Just be prepared — this is a substantial cabin and assembly took a couple of us most of a day. The instructions were detailed though. Heat-up is quick and even.
We've had ThermaSol steam before and trusted the brand. The Aalto sauna lives up to it — solid construction, fast heat, and a gorgeous glass door. Daily use now.
The included heater is powerful and reaches temperature fast. The materials feel premium and everything fit together precisely. No regrets.
The cabin itself is fantastic and beautifully made. Three stars only because several things I assumed were included were add-ons, and the total crept up. Quality is there, just budget for accessories. Delivery was smooth.
Heats to 190 effortlessly and the glass front makes the small space feel open. The bench is comfortable and the wood smells incredible. Premium all the way.
