Shipping: This CT Element sauna ships FREE via LTL freight to the contiguous United States. Allow 5–10 business days for dispatch after order confirmation. A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
About This Delivery
The weight and packaging of this handcrafted indoor sauna requires delivery by special appointment and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level. Prior to shipping, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances.
