Shipping: ThermaSol saunas ship FREE via LTL freight to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). Most orders dispatch within 5–7 business days; a tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

About This Delivery

The weight and packaging of this handcrafted sauna sanctuary requires delivery by special appointment and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level. Prior to shipping, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Heater Systems & Accessory Freight

Sauna heater system and accessories may ship in a protective box on top of this room’s crate — if so, shipping and packaging is FREE. All shipping and packaging is included at no additional cost.

1-Year Structural Warranty

ThermaSol warrants all sauna cabin craftsmanship and structural components — wood structure, panels, and assembly — against defects in materials and workmanship for the 1 year from substantial project completion, for residential installations.

5-Year Heater & Component Warranty

The sauna heater body, controls, and electrical components are covered for 5 years from the original purchase date in residential use. Commercial installations carry a 1-year heater warranty.

1-Year Heating Elements

The heating elements (coils/wires) inside the heater unit are covered for 1 year.

PRO Series

ThermaSol PRO Series products carry a 2-year in-home warranty (parts and labor), followed by a no-questions-asked lifetime factory warranty on the generator.

Not Covered

• Normal wood weathering, UV discoloration, or aging
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Commercial use beyond stated terms
• Cosmetic damage not affecting function

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.

Curbside Delivery

Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day.

Inside Delivery Option

White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear before your delivery date.
