- Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).
- Ships curbside via LTL freight on a pallet or crate — the driver brings it to your driveway or curb.

Installation & Site Prep
ThermaSol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer; you are notified about two weeks before delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement — manual offloading is not recommended.
Install on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage (concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel), with a clear, accessible path from the delivery point. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Solaris cabin is stunning. The wood finish is flawless and the glass door and walls make it feel open and bright. It arrived crated on a freight pallet and the curbside delivery was professional. Assembly was more involved than a barrel sauna but the panels fit precisely. Heats up quickly and the heater is whisper quiet. This is a true centerpiece for our home spa.
Every detail of the Solaris is high end, from the bench joinery to the glass. The cabin heats evenly and holds temperature beautifully. We use it as a couple several times a week and it has elevated our whole home. The freight company handled the heavy crates carefully. Worth the investment for the quality alone.
I was impressed how fast the Solaris reaches full temperature given its size. The heater is powerful and the cabin is well insulated. The glass front keeps it from feeling closed in. Materials are top notch throughout. Delivery was curbside LTL and we moved the crates in with a dolly. The relaxation after a long day is worth every penny.
The finished Solaris is breathtaking and works perfectly. I'm taking off a star only because installation is a real project, you'll want experience or a handy helper. The instructions are decent but the cabin is precise so everything has to line up. Once together it heats fast and the glass and wood look amazing. Freight delivery was on time.
I use the Solaris after long workouts and the deep, even heat works wonders on sore muscles. The benches are comfortable and roomy. The cabin's wood is beautiful and smelled wonderful the first weeks. Curbside freight delivery was smooth. This has become the highlight of my recovery routine.

Freight crew delivered the crates curbside on schedule and they were well protected. Assembly took a full weekend but the result is gorgeous. We use it as a family and it has been flawless.
