Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Astra cabin feels genuinely high end. The interior wood is flawless, the glass is gorgeous, and the included heater gets it to temperature quickly and evenly. Delivery was by freight and arrived well crated. Assembly of the cabin panels was more straightforward than a barrel kit. This has become my daily wellness ritual.
We installed the Astra in our basement and it has transformed the space. The cabin heats fast and holds temperature beautifully, and the build quality is exactly what you'd expect at this tier. The glass front and clean lines look stunning. Freight delivery and the white-glove coordination were smooth. Highly recommend.
The Astra is a beautifully made cabin with excellent heat retention. Just measure your space and doorway carefully before ordering, as it's a substantial unit and the freight crate is large. Once in place it heats quickly and the wood and glass are top notch. Customer service was helpful with my electrical questions.
This cabin brings spa quality into our home. The benches are comfortable, the cedar smells wonderful, and the heater is powerful and quick. Assembly was manageable and the instructions were clearer than I expected. We use it most evenings and recovery and sleep have both improved noticeably.
The Astra justifies its price. Everything from the joinery to the glass to the heater feels premium. It reaches a strong heat fast and stays even from floor to bench. Freight delivery arrived intact and on schedule. The whole family enjoys it after a long day.
A stunning addition to our home. The Astra cabin looks like a piece of furniture and performs like a proper sauna. Heat-up is fast and the wood quality is exceptional. Delivery was well coordinated and the cabin assembly was a satisfying project. We're thrilled.
Excellent indoor cabin overall. The materials and heater are first rate and it heats efficiently. The only caution is the delivery, the freight crate is heavy and you'll want help getting it inside. Once assembled it has been flawless and the heat is wonderfully even.
