How to Place a Wholesale Order
Step 1 — Browse the catalog below and note the products and quantities you want.
Step 2 — Email your order to info@saunacompanyusa.com with: product name, SKU, quantity, ship-to address, and any lead-time requirements.
Step 3 — Receive a quote within 1 business day with dealer pricing and estimated delivery.
Step 4 — Confirm payment (credit card, ACH, or net-30 if approved). Your order is placed and freight coordinated automatically.
Payment Terms & Financing
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and wire. Approved wholesale partners may qualify for Net 30 payment terms after their first successful order. To apply for terms, email your request and a trade reference to info@saunacompanyusa.com.
Freight, Shipping & Delivery
All saunas ship via free LTL curbside freight to the contiguous 48 states. Freight is coordinated from the manufacturer directly and tracked door-to-door. Lead times vary by product — ThermaSol cabins: 8–12 weeks; SaunaLife outdoor units: 2–4 weeks. White-glove indoor delivery and lift-gate available on request.
Returns, Warranty & Damages
Our wholesale policy mirrors the manufacturer warranty: structural defects are covered for 5 years; heater and electrical components for 2 years. Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours with photos. Returns are not accepted on special-order or custom units.
