What room size does the CL4G need?
The exterior footprint is 80.7"W × 49.2"D — roughly the size of a large walk-in closet. Ceiling clearance required: at least 84".
Does the heater require an electrician?
Yes. The Harvia KIP 6kW is hardwired 240V/25A and requires a licensed electrician. The KIP W-series also requires an external control — one is not included unless you add the Xenio WiFi.
Do the components arrive together?
No — the CL4G ships via LTL freight on a pallet with a $950 freight charge; the heater ships separately via parcel for free. Separate tracking numbers provided.
Shipping & Warranty
Sauna (CL4G): Ships via LTL freight — curbside delivery, contiguous U.S. A flat-rate freight charge of $950 applies at checkout. Dispatch within 5–10 business days.
Heater (Harvia KIP 6kW): Ships parcel carrier separately — free delivery, 1–2 business days. Tracking number emailed upon shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
This bundle ships as two separate packages:
- Sauna: Ships via LTL freight on a pallet. Curbside delivery — driver calls ahead to schedule. A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
- Heater: Ships separately via parcel carrier with free delivery, typically 1–3 business days.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Both components are ready to install upon arrival.
Warranty Coverage
Each component in this bundle carries its own manufacturer warranty:
- Sauna structure: Covered by the sauna manufacturer's warranty — see individual product pages for full warranty terms.
- Heater: Covered by the heater manufacturer's warranty — see individual heater product page for terms.
