Shipping & Delivery
- This SaunaLife item is not eligible for free shipping. A flat-rate freight charge of $950 applies within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48) and is shown at checkout. (All other brands ship free.)
- Ships within ~5 business days if in stock — you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Arrives on a pallet via LTL freight, curbside delivery only. The driver lowers it to the ground at the curb and calls ahead to schedule; from there you move the panels to your build site (most pieces are manageable with two people).
- Ships as a DIY assembly kit for on-site self-assembly. No delivery outside the Lower 48.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

Got my delivery a week ago and put it together this past weekend. The video instructions on YouTube were very helpful and the panels are well made. So far so good — the audio is great and the construction is solid. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble. I've used it twice; it takes roughly an hour to reach 125°F as a full-spectrum infrared unit, which is normal. Really enjoying it for recovery.
Overall this is a great infrared sauna. Gets me sweating quickly and is a good size for one or two people. Two small issues kept it from five stars: the Bluetooth speakers had a faint static while streaming audio, which kills the relaxing vibe a bit, and the front beam over the door flexed slightly when stepping in so the door didn't close cleanly. I added a small support block and it's fixed. I love that it heats fast and reaches 170°F — hotter than most infrared cabins.
We've had our FD-2 for a few weeks now and love it. The full-spectrum infrared warmth feels great and the health benefits alone are worth the investment. The cedar cabin is well built and assembly was manageable in an afternoon. Great service answering our many questions before purchase. Happy customers!
The FD-2 fits two of us comfortably and the full-spectrum heaters get deep into sore muscles. Assembly took about three hours following the YouTube guide; the cedar panels clip together neatly. It reaches a good sweat-inducing heat in 30-40 minutes. The curbside freight delivery was on time. We use it most evenings for recovery.
Love this infrared cabin. The cedar smells great, the glass door is solid, and the full-spectrum emitters warm you thoroughly. As infrared it heats more gently than a traditional sauna but the deep sweat is exactly what I wanted after workouts. Easy two-person assembly. Highly recommend.
The FD-2 is well made and the infrared warmth is wonderful for my joints in winter. Assembly took a bit longer than expected, closer to three hours, but the video helped. The speakers are a nice extra. Heats to a comfortable deep-sweat temperature. Happy overall.
