Hard-wired on 208V 3-phase power by a licensed electrician.

For this high-output commercial class we strongly recommend adding the floor plate and ceiling heat shield (both available above).

The stainless floor plate (23" x 30") protects your sauna floor from intense heat and redirects it away from the structure. The ceiling heat shield (14" x 28–30", curved or flat) mounts on the inside top of the room to protect against radiant heat.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.
