9 kW recommends a 50 amp circuit breaker (check with local code). Non-insulated rooms or rooms with large glass affect heater sizing. Hard-wired 240V by a licensed electrician.

Warranty: 2-year Homecraft manufacturer guarantee, including the heating elements. Handcrafted in Canada.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.
