Shipping: This HeatWave sauna ships for a flat $429 via LTL freight to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). Allow 5–10 business days for dispatch after order confirmation; tracking is emailed when it ships.

Delivery is curbside only — the driver will not bring it indoors. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are available by quote; contact us for a rate.

Warranty Coverage

7-Year Limited Warranty

Your HeatWave infrared sauna is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for residential use, measured from the date of delivery:

7 years on the sauna structure, wood, and workmanship
5 years on the heating elements and electrical components
1 year on the sound/radio system

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.

Curbside Delivery
