This model ships as a precision-milled kit with interlocking staves that assemble in approximately 4–8 hours with two people and basic tools. No special skills required — illustrated instructions are included.

Can this barrel sauna be used outdoors year-round?
Yes. SaunaLife barrel saunas are built for all-weather outdoor use. The rounded barrel shape naturally sheds rain and snow, and the kiln-dried Spruce or Thermo-Spruce wood resists warping and cracking in all climates.

Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Saunas are made-to-order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks (some models up to 3–4 weeks with customization). Large units ship via LTL freight on a pallet or crate. Freight delivery is curbside — the driver brings it to the end of your driveway or curb and is not obligated to unpack or move it onto your property.
Transit is roughly 3–7 business days (East Coast) or 7–10 business days (West Coast) after shipment. Inspect before signing and note any damage; report concealed damage within 5 days. Questions: shipping@saunacompanyusa.com · 856-426-8530.
Warranty Coverage
Each SaunaLife sauna is backed by a Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the delivery date to the original purchaser. Valid claims receive replacement parts at no cost.
Accessories are not covered. Sauna Co. handles warranty claims directly — submit a claim through our contact page.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-built and handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or unsuitability after delivery — even for unopened or unused items.
Used, installed, assembled, or tested products; custom or special-order items (size, finish, accessories); and clearance / open-box / final-sale items are not returnable. The only exception is a qualifying manufacturer defect under warranty. Questions before ordering: info@saunacompanyusa.com.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.
Financing Options
Payment is made at the time of order via the methods we offer — major credit cards, PayPal, and financing partners. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party processors.

From the panoramic glass to the joinery, this feels like the top of the line. Warms quickly and holds steady. Delivery was on time and beautifully protected.
The glass front is gorgeous but heavy, so have help for placement. Support flagged it and offered tips. Once set, it's a showpiece that heats wonderfully.
The glass turns the barrel into a sunlit retreat by day and a lantern by night. The build quality matches the price. Communication was excellent throughout.
It's the most beautiful thing in our yard and the most relaxing room we own. Heats fast, holds well. Shipped quickly with accurate tracking.
