What temperature range does the immersion tub reach?
The tub is compatible with SaunaLife's FDC chiller/heater systems. The chiller can cool water down to approximately 37–42°F (3–6°C) and the heater option can warm water up to 104°F (40°C) — perfect for contrast therapy.
How long does it take to reach the target temperature?
With the combined chiller/heater unit, the tub typically reaches cold temperature (below 50°F) within 4–6 hours from ambient temperature. Warm soak temperature is reached in approximately 1–2 hours.
Is a chiller or heater included?
The tub itself is sold separately from the chiller/heater. See our package bundles to add a compatible FDC unit.
How many people can use it at once?

The S2 doing both cold immersion and hot soaking in one tub is exactly what our household needed. My husband loves the cold plunge for recovery while I prefer a warm soak in the evening. The cedar build is beautiful and the tub is deep and comfortable. Curbside freight delivery was smooth and assembly was minimal. Truly versatile.
I do contrast therapy several times a week and the S2 makes it easy. Cold one session, warm the next, all in the same well-built tub. The temperature control is reliable and the cedar surround looks fantastic on our patio. Setup was quick after the freight crate arrived curbside. My recovery and sleep have both noticeably improved.
Such a beautiful tub. The cedar is finished perfectly and it has held up great outdoors through rain and cold. Being able to switch between cold and hot means the whole family uses it for different reasons. The build quality is excellent and the water stays clean with the filtration. Delivery was curbside and well coordinated. Very happy.
Great tub overall and the dual cold/hot function is the reason I bought it. Honest note: switching from cold all the way to hot takes a few hours, so I tend to pick a mode for the day rather than flipping back and forth. The cedar craftsmanship is top notch and recovery sessions have been excellent. Freight delivery arrived on schedule.

I bought the S2 mainly for athletic recovery but it has become a relaxation ritual too. The dual cold and hot capability is genuinely useful and the build is solid.
